Booking Policy

Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation

1. Booking Confirmation

  • •All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Indipendent Tripper.
  • •A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and issuing a booking confirmation voucher.
  • •Confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment.
  • •Please verify all details in the confirmation voucher immediately upon receipt.

2. Payment Terms

Advance Payment

  • •Minimum 30% advance payment required at the time of booking
  • •For peak season bookings (December-January, April-June): 50% advance required

Balance Payment

  • •Balance payment must be made at least 15 days before departure
  • •Failure to pay balance amount may result in booking cancellation

Accepted Payment Methods

  • •Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
  • •UPI Payments
  • •Credit / Debit Cards (processing fees may apply)

3. Amendments & Changes

  • •Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing (email)
  • •Amendment charges: ₹2,000 per person for domestic tours, ₹5,000 per person for international tours
  • •Amendments subject to availability and supplier approval
  • •Date changes may incur additional costs based on hotel/flight fare differences

4. Travel Documents

  • •Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity for international tours)
  • •Visa requirements are traveler's responsibility unless visa assistance is included
  • •Valid photo ID proof for domestic travel
  • •Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory

Important Notice

  • • Rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • • GST is applicable as per government norms
  • • Peak season surcharges may apply
  • • Airline baggage fees not included unless specified
  • • Room sharing basis: Twin/Triple as per package details
